Green project specifications provide a comprehensive guide for procuring green building products and construction or renovation services.  GreenPath can provide MASTERSPEC format front end specification sections and QC the rest of your project specifications to include green certification requirements. 

GreenPath brings objectivity and practical experience to the project to ensure that the building performs as the Owner expects.  We are onsite at the beginning of construction and provide periodic inspection visits to ensure and document green certification compliance.

Included in our Sustainability Consulting Services is the review of all contract documents to ensure compliance with the Project Sustainability Plan.  We will work with your team to ensure all construction documents communicate the green requirements for construction implementation.
